Sri Jagadhguru Veda Parayana Trust is celebrating the 2532nd Jayanti of Shankara Bhagavatpadal this year, for a period of 11 days from 16.4.2023 to 26.4.2023. The programme includes several homams performed for the well-being of the world. Those desirous of participating in specific kamya homams are welcome to do so.
The programme includes Rigveda Krama Parayanam, Chaturveda parayanam, Prasthana traya bhashya parayanam, Abhishekam, Aaradhana, Upanyasams and Nama sankirtanam at Ayodhya Mandapam, West Mambalam.
Budget: ₹25 lakhs (approx.), for Chaturveda Parayanam, Acharyal Puja (all six days) and procession (on Shankara Jayanti day).

The trustees, led by Brahmashri K. Y. Bharaneedhara Sastrigal, secretary of the above trust and a popular exponent of upanyasas, are pioneering an effort to support the vaidikas and pray for the well-being of all during this pandemic.
