Sri Neelakanda Vinayagar Temple
Sri Devi & Sri Bhoodevi Sametha Sri Varadaraja Perumal Temple
Sri Abirami Ambal Sametha Sri Kulasekara Swami Temple
have stood as places of worship for centuries, each carrying rich sthala puranam and divine grace.
After decades of efforts by Smt. Mahalakshmi Mami and team, these temples have now reached the stage of Ashtabandhana Maha Kumbabishekam (11th September 2025).
Sethubandhanam has been requested to support a core kainkaryam—Annadhanam (feeding of devotees) across the kumbabishekam days. Hundreds of devotees, villagers, and visitors are expected to gather, and it is our humble effort that every devotee partakes prasadam.

Date: Thursday, 11 September 2025 (Visvavasu year, Avani 26, Uttirattadhi star).
Programme:
Multi-day homams, rituals, and yagas from 7th to 11th September.
Final day (11th Sept): Maha Purnahuti, temple kumbabishekam (Vinayagar at 7:30 am, Perumal at 9–10 am, Shiva/Amman at 10:30–11:30 am).
Evening: Divine wedding ceremonies (Thirukkalyanam) and processions.
Background:
Sithamalli temples date back nearly 1,000 years (linked to Kulasekara Pandyan and Pandavas).
Rich sthala puranam: sacred wells, solar alignment (rays on lingam during Masi), saints like Thirumoolar and Siddhars associated.
Rediscovered/renovated murthis of Perumal and Thayar in the 20th century.
Associated with Sri Subramania Shastrigal Yatheendral (disciple of Kanchi Mahaperiyava).
Conducted with blessings of Kanchi Kamakoti Peetam and Jagadgurus.
