Travel support for National Panchanga Sadas
During Chaturmasyam every year, Panchanga Sadas is conducted at the place where our Periyava observes Chaturmasyam. This time, it is in Kashi (Aug 8-11). For this Sadas, vidwans from Tamilnadu & Panchanga kartas from AP/Maharashtra etc. participate.
Usually, we had been raising about ~₹50K extra sambhavanai for the vidwans. This time, since the Chaturmasyam sthalam is Kashi, travel is way more expensive. Moreover, this time, we are having a more national congregation at the Sadas on the 10th/11th August, with a few more invitees from Kerala/Karnataka/Assam/Gujarat etc. Therefore, we require close to two lakhs to support the travel of many of the scholars.
